This spacious family home has all you need for a large family or group getaway. 5 bedrooms sleep up to 10 guests, a large kitchen and lounge have space for everyone. Outside there's a large entertaining and dining area with kitchen, BBQ, lounges and TV. The large pool and grassy backyard will keep the kids entertained and adults cool during your stay.
Panoramic views across farmland towards Kengal The Rock create the perfect backdrop for your holiday, and the tree lined creek with sheep grazing by the back fence set the scene for your memorable escape.
THE HOUSE AND SPACES
Avalon House has five bedrooms sleeping up to ten guests in comfort. When booking you are getting the whole house, perfect for a family retreat or a group getaway. All bedrooms and the lounge have reverse cycle air conditioning to keep you comfortable and a combustion fireplace in the lounge adds the country charm.
The large kitchen gives you room to be together at meal times, many happy memories have been made here. A picture window framing Kengal The Rock with a window seat to enjoy your morning cuppa will set your day up the right way.
The large loungeroom with dining table is a setting for togetherness. Chill on the couch or share a meal, a combustion fire for atmosphere and air conditioning for summer comfort.
The Master Bedroom with ensuite comes off the loungeroom. Windows to Kengal The Rock on one side and the yard and creek on the other let you enjoy the idyllic country scape from the comfort of your bed.
A smaller bedroom or study is adjacent to the master and lounge. A king single bed makes it a cosy escape.
The East Wing, is home to our other bedrooms. Separated from the Loungeroom, these three bedrooms offer a Queen bed, a Double/Single bunk, and Double bed. Each room has a large window out to the paddocks. Air conditioning will keep you comfortable.
The Family Bathroom and Laundry are with these rooms off the kitchen.

The Outdoor Space, boasts a huge Outdoor entertaining area with an outdoor kitchen including fridge, BBQ and Dining setting. A lounge and television make this an entertaining delight.
