THE HOUSE
Built in the early 1920’s, renovated in 2021 the Avalon homestead, with its concrete structure and embracing bullnose veranda, has stood proudly on the banks of Burke’s Creek to this day.

In the middle of farmland and just outside the small village of The Rock, you can truly escape and unwind.

All three bedrooms open through French doors onto the welcoming veranda with views of The Rock/Kengal to the South and the natural beauty of Burke’s Creek to the North.

The living area boasts the warmth of a wood burning fireplace to nestle by on a cold winter night and all the bedrooms and lounge have reverse cycle air conditioning to maintain your comfort.

Modern bathrooms and kitchen with full cooking facilities, along with a fully equipped laundry provide comfort for your stay.
